At VivaGlow, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
